PURPOSE:To obtain easily a required output signal dynamic range and to improve the output signal distortion by eliminating a level shift found often in a conventional signal transmission circuit. CONSTITUTION:A DC level of input/output terminals 2, 3 is made equal by applying an equal current to transistors (TR) 10, 11 and no level shift is re ceived. In matching respectively TRs 8, 9, and 14, 15, and 10, 11, and resistors 6, 7 and 16, 17, a collector current identical to a collector current Ic of the TR11 is fed to the TR10 through the operation of a current mirror circuit. Thus, the collector current Ic is subjected to fluctuation of an input signal level, waveform distortion is caused between the base and emitter of the TR11, but since the same waveform distortion due to the collector current fluctuation of the TR9 is caused between the base and emitter of the TR11, the waveform distortion by the TRs 10, 11 is cancelled in the output signal at a signal output terminal 3 and an output signal without waveform distortion is obtained.
