发明名称 NONLINEAR COMPENSATION CIRCUIT OF AMPLIFIER
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain broad band of the compensating characteristic of the titled circuit by changing a phase difference between two channels independently of the signal frequency without preparation of a nonlinear distortion generator especially. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is branched into two by a power distributor 11 and divided signals pass through mixers 17, 18 individually and combined again by a power synthesizer 16. An output level of a carrier signal source 19 operated at a linear region is selected to the mixer 17 and the mixer 18 is operated at a nonlinear region by adjusting a variable attenuator 13. Since the carrier to the mixers 17, 18 is supplied from the oscillator source 19, the frequency of the output signals of the mixers is coincident completely. The electric length of the variable delay line 12 is changed to change the phase difference between the output signals of both the mixers from 0 deg.-360 deg.. The outputs of the two mixers are combined by the power combined 16 in nearly opposite phase relation to cause a nonlinear characteristic opposite to that of a conventional amplifier. Further, a spurious wave generated by the mixers is eliminated by a band-pass filter 20.
