PURPOSE:To obtain a device to which dust or the like does not adhere even in case dry air is blown to a hollow porous member by a method wherein filters are fitted to an air circulation surface of the frame body on the upstream side of air current. CONSTITUTION:The average diameter of numberless minute holes existing in a porous sheets 1 is 10mum or less to pass vapour steam freely, however, not to pass liquid water. The humidification frame body 5, whose inner side is snaked by the hollow porous member having the predetermined intervals each other and holds the snaking shape while it has a filter inserting sections 5a and the air circulating surface 5b. The hollow member and the humidification frame are sealed and fixed by an adhesive joining or a heat welding.
