PURPOSE:To obtain an alloy cast steel having high yield strength and useful as a material for a winder ring for winding a steel strip or a spool for winding an Al plate or Al foil by restricting the contents of constitutent elements in an alloy cast steel and regulating the carbon equiv. to a specified valve. CONSTITUTION:The composition of an alloy cast steel is composed of, by weight, 0.25-0.4% C, <0.6% Si, <1.5% Mn, 0.4-0.9% Cr, 1-1.5% Ni, 0.3-0.5% Mo, <0.2% V and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, and the carbon equiv. (Ceq.) calculated by the equation [where the symbol of each element shows the content (%) of the element] is regulated to 0.72-0.9.
