PURPOSE:To allow switch manipulation for a short period of time by making the drive protrusion of a feed cam engage with the driven protrusion of an action count decision gear and thereby force the gear to rotate to a give extent at the time of the revolution of the feed cam by a driving device. CONSTITUTION:When an automatic return switch 17 is connected with the NO side, a motor 19 actuates, and a contact gear feeding cam 3 rotates once, feeding the contact gear (action count decision gear) by one tooth. Then, contact points 13, 15 come to touch a contact plate 9, actuating a washer pump 21. Meanwhile, a wiper starts wiping actions due to the actuation of the motor 19. At the time of the start and continued rotation of the cam 3, a drive protrusion 7 unified with the cam 3 pushes a driven protrusion (illustration omitted) formed at the tooth part 1a located at the lowest part of the contact gear 1, and the contact gear 1 is forcibly rotated, with the result that the contact points 13, 15, which touched a contact plate 11 until then, comes to touch the contact plate 9. Thus, switch manipulation is conducted in a short period of time.
