The compsn. are made by (a) preparing a first mixt. consisting of anionic surfactant contg. a sulphonic gp., in molar concn. above its critical micellar concn; (b) preparing a second mixt. contg. an amphoteric surfactant with molar concn. above its critical micellar concn., and opt including a non-ionic surfactant with 8-20 ethylene oxide gps; and (c) combining the two mixts. of ambient temp is suitable molar proportions.
