PURPOSE:To improve the power effect of an HPA device by using a signal shifting a timing signal of a TDMA device by nearly one frame to increase/ decrease an anode current of the HPA device. CONSTITUTION:A timing signal from a transmission timing control section 3 in the TDMA device 1 is fed to an HPA device control processing section 9 while being shifted by nearly 1 frame at a shift register 28. Then an anode current control circuit 29 receives an output of the processing section 9 to execute the increase/decrease in the anode current depending on the presence of the TDMA signal. That is, only when the TDMA signal exists, the HPA device is operated for amplification and when no TDMA signal exists, the HPA device is not activated. Thus, the power efficiency of the HPA device is improved. |
