PURPOSE:To ensure stable braking performance, by a method wherein a reduction shaft is located between the transmission shaft of mission and an axle, and a brake is located to the reduction shaft. CONSTITUTION:A reduction shaft 4 is located between a reduction shaft 3 and axes 6 and 7 between which a change key 42 is slid, and a brake 51, formed with a brake drum 52 and a brake shoe 53, is disposed on the reduction shaft 4. Thus, a rotation ratio of the reduction shaft 4 with the axes 6 and 7 is lower than that of the transmission shaft 3, and in case a brake having the same volume is located on the reduction shaft 4, raid braking is prevented from occurring, and there is no influence of transmission control exercised by the change key 42. This enablesensurance of stable braking performance.
