PURPOSE:To keep a control circuit even when a wired line is disconnected and to confirm the quality of a transmission line by connecting a controller and a device to be controlled by a radio line and a wire line. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd signal is sent from the controller 100 to the device 200 to be controlled via a radio line at no control. The 2nd signal is sent back from the device 200 to be controlled to the controller 100 via a wire line 10. The transmission line is supervised normally by detecting the 2nd signal by a detection circuit 62. The 1st signal is sent from the controller 100 to the device 200 to be controlled as a control signal via a radio line at control and the 3rd signal is sent via a wire line at no control. Thus, even when the wire line is disconnected, smooth control is ensured.
