PURPOSE:To obtain the title resin molding material which gives electromagnetic wave-shielding moldings having an excellent shielding effect, excellent flexural strength, etc., by kneading a phenolic resin compsn. for molding material, crushing it and mixing aluminum flake therewith. CONSTITUTION:Additives such as hardener (e.g. hexamine), parting agent (e.g. stearic acid), filler (e.g. pulp or glass fiber), colorant, etc. are blended with a phenolic resin. The resulting compsn. is kneaded and crushed, and aluminum flake is added thereto. If desired, the mixture is granulated in a Henschel mixer to obtain the desired phenolic resin molding material. In this way, the aluminum flake having a good shielding effect is neither cut nor crushed and can be incorporated in the molding resin, and molding having an excellent shielding effect can be obtd.
