The motorcycle, or scooter, has a body(7) with its center of gravity(G1) offset to one side or the other of the front-to-rear center line of the vehicle (N-N). A steering fork(5) is pivoted to the body and carries the front wheel(1). A rear wheel(6) is supported by the vehicle body. The front wheel is offset w.r.t. the longitudinal axis on the side opposite the center of gravity. The rear wheel may be offset w.r.t. the longitudinal axis on the same side as the center of gravity. The body can have the power unit(10) on the same side as the center of gravity w.r.t. the longitudinal axis.
