PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts while to simplify the structure and reduce the weight by fixing a steering knuckle through a damper and a laterally arranged leaf spring to the body frame thereby eliminating conventional lower arm and coil spring. CONSTITUTION:A leaf-spring 10 is employed in place of a conventional lower arm while a damper 11 is employed in place of conventional cushion unit consisting of a damper and a coil spring. The lead spring 10 is fixed at its central portion to the body frame 12 at two points separated by predetermined distance to the left and right from the center of the body frame 12 while the left and right free ends are fixed to the left and right steering knuckles 3. The left and right dampers 11 are inserted between the opposite end sections of wheel 1 and the opposite end sections of bracket 8 secured to the upper portion of the body frame 12. Consequently, conventional lower arm and coil spring can be eliminated.
