PURPOSE:To provide a steel pipe pile on which corrosionproof treatment is easily and economically applied, by a method wherein the portion above a corrosion part of an existing steel pipe pile is cut for removal, a steel pipe for repairy on which corrosionproof treatment is applied in inserted down to a given position, and an insertion gap is filled with mortar. CONSTITUTION:A pile head concrete slab 2a of an existing steel pipe pile 1 of a water's edge line structure 2 is removal, and the portion above a corrosion part of the existing steel pipe pile 1 is cut for removal. A support flange 3 is welded in water to the outer periphery of a sound part, and Dubel reinforcing bar 4 is welded in water to a portion raging from the upper surface of the flange 3 along the outer periphery of the sound part of the existing steel pipe pile 1. A steel pipe 5 for repiary is inserted, and is welded in water to the support flange 3, and an insertion gap between the steel pipe pile 1 and the steel pipe 5 is filled with mortar 6. A bottom board form 7 is set, and concrete 9 is placed. This enables the exiting steel pipe pile and the steel pipe for repairing to be firmly integrally formed, and restoration of strength equivalent to that of a new steel pipe pile when it was driven. |
