PURPOSE:To automatically transfer fluid having high temperature by enabling a valve of being opened and closed by electrical operation only. CONSTITUTION:When electric current is fed through electromagnets 12 and 14, a valve body 6 falls in a valve seat 9 to close an outlet port 3. On the contrary, when the electric current through the electromagnets is cut, the valve body 2 is separated from the valve seat 9 and moved toward a valve seat 11 along a groove 10 to open the outlet port 3. If the current is fed through the electromagnet 14, the valve body 6 falls in the valve seat 11 and another outlet port 4 is kept open. Furthermore, if the electric current is fed through both the electromagnet 15 and 12, the valve body 6 is moved toward the valve seat 9. At this time, when the electric current through the electromagnet 15 is cut, the outlet port 4 is closed again. The opening and closing operation can be arbitrarily performed by the operation of supplying electric current through the electromagnets 12 to 15.
