PURPOSE:To shorten the time for a delivery of a clinical chart, and also to prevent the entry/delivery mistake by providing a rotational movement type file device of a computer control for an active clinical chart, and an electric moving shelf for an inactive clinical chart. CONSTITUTION:A case history sheet managing device is constituted of an active clinical chart keeping part of a clinical chart centralized managing room A, and an inactive clinical chart keeping part of a case history room B. When a fetch instruction is received from a receiving unit by a rotational movement type file device which has contained a clinical chart of a patient to whome a medical treatment is executed, a rotary file 2 is operated under a control of a computer 3, and a desired sheld comes to a counter position of a person in charge and stops. An electric moving shelf 4 is a shelf which keeps an in active clinical chart of a patient whose medical treatment has been suspended and ended, and is moved electrically. The clinical chart of this shelf is delivered in accordance with an inactive clinical chart fetch instruction list which is printed out from a clinical chart fetch instructing printer 5. |
