发明名称 FLUCTUATION TORQUE ABSORBING MECHANISM FOR PLANETARY REDUCTION GEAR
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase a fluctuation torque absorbing effect, by a method wherein an internal gear is resiliently supported to an external casing by means of spring resilient support bodies. CONSTITUTION:Plural lines of small grooves are formed in the outer peripheral surface of an internal gear 10, and spring resilient support bodies 50 are secured in plural spots, positioned facing the small grooves 40, in the inner peripheral surface of an external casing 20. The spring resilient support body 50 is formed with a spring block in that plural leaf spring, comprising long springs at the central part and short springs on both sides, are laminated together. This constitution, when fluctuation torque is exerted by a solar gear and a planetary gear, not shown, on an internal gear 10, where the internal gear 10 is resiliently supported to the external casing 20, causes the leaf spring to be deformed in response to the exerted torque in a condition in that the forward end of the spring support body 50 is engaged with the small groove 40.
