PURPOSE:To permit a force to act on the center for increasing the output by connectively pressing small, medium and large wheels against the inner wall of a cylinder in a frame. CONSTITUTION:An input plate 16 is rotated by a pulley to push a frame 13 with a shaft 31 so that small, medium and large wheels 18, 19 and 5 are pressed against the inner wall of a cylinder 3 by the action of frames 13, 12, 11, 7 and shaft 9. The frame 13 is pushed by a shaft 24 of the back surface of a disk 4 to rotate the wheel in the direction of arrow C so that a force acts on the center portion of each wheel. thus, by sequentially connecting the internal mechanisms of the cylinder 3 even if the rotational distance is constant, can be intensified successively power to increase the output.
