PURPOSE:To prevent a skin covering soil from being biased to alkaline or acid after construction, by a method wherein, after a powdery improving material is carried with gas to a ground to mix it in and with soil, a neutralizing agent is carried with gas. CONSTITUTION:An injection agitating pipe 4 of an off-shore plant 10 is penetrated through a skin covering soil 2 into a ground 1. When the pipe 4 is lifted up, cement, simultaneously, is fed to the pipe 4 through a hose 29 by means of a high pressure air from an air compressor. The cement is injected through nozzles 6 of an agitating blade 5 of the pipe 4, and is mixed and agitated with soil of the ground 1 to form mixture soil 7. When the pipe 4 is raised and the agitating blade 5 is approached to the upper end of the ground 1, after the feed of cement is stopped, a neutralizing agent is fed to the pipe 4 through a hose 29' and is injected in covering soil 2 through the upper part of the soil 7 for mixing and agitation. |
