PURPOSE:To reduce a cost, by a method wherein a mixture material, in which a foreign matter, such as papers, woody materials, is mixed in a material consisting mainly of spent waste plastic of a plastic film and spent waste plastic of articles for living is formed into pellets having a specified diameter and length. CONSTITUTION:Used waste plastic of a plastic film, such as polyethylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, acetate vinyl resin, spent waste plastic of an article for living, such as materials for general packing, containers, are used as main material. A mixture material in which 50% or less of paper, woody material, cellulose, or soil and other like foreign matter is mixed in the main material, is extruded for granulation at a temperature of from a normal temperature to 150 deg.C, and is molded into pellets having a diameter of 3-20mm and a length of 3-20mm.
