PURPOSE:To execute a total processing without requiring especially an operating designation in case of the total processing by executing an operating designation of a detail processing. CONSTITUTION:A data is applied to an accumulating part 21 and an accumulating part 22, through a signal line 101 and a signal line 102, respectively. The data on the signal lines 101-104 is outputted to signal lines 105, 106 through a switching part 23. When a switching signal 107 is in a state of '1', the data of the signal line 101 appears on the signal line 105, the data on the signal line 102 appears on the signal line 106 and it is inputted to an operating part 4, and a result of operation is given onto a signal line 108. When a state of the switching signal on the signal line 107 is '0', accumulated data appearing on the signal lines 103, 104 appear on the signal lines 105, 106 and are inputted to an operating part, and a result of operation of the accumulated data is obtained on the signal line 108.
