Portions(3,3') of a submerging device are attached to both sides of the middle portion, which is composed of horizontal and vertical frames. A bracket(5) is fixed on the horizontal frame. A water wheel(6) is supported by bearings(7,7') between the bracket and the submerging device(3'). A pinion(9) is fixed on the inner portion of the rotating wheel shaft(8) and moves with the reduction gears(10). An internal gear(15) of the storage tank(18) moves with a gear which is fixed on the last shaft of the reduction gears. A manhole(17) and a valve for liquefied gas injection are made on the tank surface.
