摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the switching between manual operation and automatic operation without variation by calculating the deviation between the output of a servo loop in the automatic operation mode side and that in the manual operation mode side to perform the tracking control. CONSTITUTION:In the automatic operation mode of a turbine governor, changeover switches 5-10 and 43-45 are switched to the APC side, and set values (r) are generated in a rotative velocity setter 2, bleed pressure setters 3 and 41, etc., and feedback quantities (f) and deviations are inputted to regulators 59-61 to output outputs x1-x3. With respect to tracking in the manual operation side in this mode, outputs z1 and w1 of servo amplifiers 25 and 23 are monitored by a deviation monitor 27 to generate a counter control signal, and a set value of the governor valve lift in the manual operation side is so generated that both outputs coincide with each other. A deviation signal (q) between servo amplifier outputs (w) and (z) in the manual operation side and the automatic operation side is integrated by tracking integrators 63-65 and is supplied to a tracking matrix 62, and the output is given to deviation monitors 55-57, and a control signal is outputted to make servo outputs of automatic operation and manual operation coincident with each other.
