Then, the fuel injection time correction value is determined by multiplying the fuel injection timing Tout by a prescribed factor, and the prescribed fuel injection starting timing related to the prescribed crank angle position in the suction cycle is corrected by the correction value, and fuel injection is controlled to start on the basis of the corrected fuel injection timing.
