NEW MATERIAL:A pyridazinone derivative shown by the formula I(bond having dotted line is double bond or single bond; R1 and R2 are H, 1-3C alkyl, or R1 and R2 may be bonded to form 3-7C ring; A is 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group containing O or S, 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic group containing 1-3N and O or S, with the proviso that a case where R1 and R2 are H, A is 5- or 6-membered heterocylic group containing 1-3N is omitted) or its salt. EXAMPLE:6-[4-(4'-Pyridyl)aminophenyl]-4-methyl-4,5-dihydro-3(2H)-pyrid azinone. USE:Useful as a cardiac having high durability of effect. PREPARATION:As shown by the reaction formula, a compound shown by the formula II is reacted with a compound shown by the formula III (X is halogen) in a polar solvent at 50-200 deg.C, to give a compound shown by the formula I. |
