PURPOSE:To constitute the title roller so that an end of the hand roller can reach up to a part such as an inside corner or a corner part when a laminating and press bonding work of a waterproof sheet is applied to inner surface of a water tank and heat accumulation tank, by a method wherein as for the size of the diameter of an end part of the roller, one end is made large and the other end is made small. CONSTITUTION:Diametral dimensions of roller ends 3, 4 are made into 40mm, 20mm respectively and a distance between the roller ends 3, 4 is made into 30mm, in a hand roller 1 constituted of a roller 2, shaft 5 and handle 6. When the hand roller 1 is used, laminating and press bonding of an inside corner part or corner part wherein laminating operation of a waterproof sheet is difficult can be performed reliably, through which trouble such as water leak is not generated, a finished appearance is favorable and press bonding workability is enhanced.
