PURPOSE:To eliminate defective adhesion between an outer layer and inner layer and deformation of a two-layer molded material, by a method wherein a box-shaped primary molded member whose one end is opened, which has been obtained through injection molding by making use of thermoplastic resin is made into an inner layer by making a value of bending rigidity of the same into one more than a specific value by cooling the same and a secondary molded member as the outer layer is molded of insulation thermoplastic resin on the inner layer unitarily. CONSTITUTION:As a primary molded member is cooled until bending rigidity becomes more than 7,000kg.cm<2>, it does not happen that the surface of a primary molded member is deformed through injection pressure of resin at the time of molding of a secondary molded member or unevenness is generated on the surface. A flow, therefore, of the resin becomes smooth and a fear that a gap is generated between the primary molded member and secondary molded member disappears and both the members are stuck far firmly each other. In addition to the above, the primary molded member is not deformed even through shrinkage of the secondary molded member based on cooling of the secondary molded member and it does not happen that a two-layered molded member to be obtained is deformed. In case when it is used for an electromagnetic wave shielding, conductive thermoplastic resin is used as thermoplastic resin.
