PURPOSE:To dub satisfactorily a digital signal with a simple constitution by correcting the phase of a digital reproduced signal from a tape and the level of a high frequency and supplying a signal passed through a limiter to a clock extracting PLL so as to obtain a signal having a constant zero cross point. CONSTITUTION:The digital signal Sa from a tape 11 is reproduced by a head 12 and amplified by a head amplifier 13, and then supplied to a reproduction equalizer circuit 14, where the attenuation of levels of a phase and low and high frequency bands are corrected to transmit a signal Sb to a limiter circuit 15. Its output Sc is impressed to the D input terminal of an FF16, and simultaneously given to the clock extracting PLL17 to form a clock Sd. In such a case, the zero cross point of the signal Sc fluctuates, however that of the signal Sd, that is, the mean of the signal Sc is constant. Accordingly the digital signal Se without the zero cross fluctuation can be obtained as the output Q of the FF16, transmitted to a slave recorder and a head 22 through a recording amplifier 24 and recorded on a tape 21.
