PURPOSE:To appear a color of a fiber stripe clearly by clearing boundary surfaces between a prepreg and the fiber stripe, by a method wherein the fiber stripe impregnated with a specific quantity of a coloring agent and cured is wound round a prepreg wound round a mandrel and adhere unitarily. CONSTITUTION:Prepregs 1, 2 obtained by impregnating unidirectionally arranged sheet of a carbon fiber with epoxy resin are cut off into a trapezoidal form, both the prepregs 1, 2 are piled up each other and wound round a mandrel 3. As for arrangement of the prepregs 1, 2 to the mandrel 3, a direction of the fiber of the prepreg 1 coming into contact with the mandrel 3 is arranged in the direction meeting at right angles with the shaft center of the mandrel 3. A direction of the fiber of the prepreg 2 to be arranged outside of the prepreg 1 is made parallel to the shaft center of the mandrel 3. After the prepregs 1, 2 has been wound round the mandrel 3, a fiber stripe 4 which has been impregnated with a 1-20wt% coloring agent and cured is wound spirally over a part of or the whole of the external circumference of the prepreg..Then a tape composed of either polypropylene or polyester is wound round the same, through which winding of the prepregs 1, 2 is made tight. |
