NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R<1> is H or alkyl, m is 2, 3 or 4; R<2> is H, alkyl, halogen, nitro, cyano, alkoxy, alkylthio, amino, acyl, etc.; l is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8; X, Y, W and Z are c, O, S or N, provided that they are not C at the same time; the group expressed by formula II is heterocyclic ring with unsaturation, maximum unsaturation or partial unsaturation). EXAMPLE:1-(5-Pyrazolylmethyl)-2-(nitromethylene)imidazolidine. USE:An insecticide capable of exhibiting controlling effect on a wide range of various liquid sucking insects, biting insects, plant parasitic injurious insects, injurious insects of stored materials, sanitary injurious insects, etc. without giving phytotoxicity to cultivated plants. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula III is reacted with a com pound expressed by formula IV (R' is lower alkyl, benzyl or two R's together represent >=2C lower alkylene or together with S adjacent thereto may form a ring) in an inert solvent at 0-100 deg.C to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula I. |
