PURPOSE:To constitute the title manufacture so that a rider is made to feel soft at the time of seating and a bottoming phenomenon is not generated at the time of running, by a method wherein after the back part has been formed by making a sprayer spray highly curable resin within a cavity of a top force and foam, the surface part is formed unitarily with the back part by making the sprayer cast soft resin within a cavity of a bottom force and foam. CONSTITUTION:Highly-curable urethane is made to foam by spraying the same within a cavity 4 of a top force 1 opened toward the upper part of a bottom force 5 by a two-pack preceding mixing type spray gun 15 and the back part 16b is formed. More soft urethane than that sprayed against the cavity 4 of the top force 1 is made to cast and foam within a cavity 8 of the bottom force 5 under a state wherein the top force 1 is opened. Then when the top force 1 is clamped to the bottom force 5, the back part 16b formed within the cavity 4 of the top force 1 and the surface part 16a formed within the cavity 8 of the bottom force 5 are made into a unitary body by adhering closely to each other and made into a seat cushion pad 16. Riding comfort can be improved drastically by making hardness and thickness of resin forming both the parts vary. |
