PURPOSE:To uniformalize a heating part and to prevent bucking, deformation, etc. by sucking the air annularly around the heating part and by working with cooling forcibly. CONSTITUTION:The feed pipe 11 for heat damage prevention is connected to high frequency induction heating coil 3 and cooling ring 9 is arranged front and rear the coil 3. The ring 9 is composed of the heat resisting material of ceramics etc. and by providing suction pipe 14 the cool air inside the ring 9 is sucked outside. The valve 15 made of heat resisting cloth to prevent cooling is arranged on the part just under the heating coil 3 further. Due to the cooling ring 9 of the coil 3 enabling the heating width corresponding to the coil width sufficiently narrow width can be set up. With this method therefore a buckling, uneven deformation are prevented, also the bending with differential temp. is enabled and the heating zone is uniformly heated.
