The lubrication arrangement for the bearing (5) of a rotating mass (3) mounted on an eccentric collar (2) of a drive shaft (1), in particular the rotating mass of a displacer of a scroll-type displacement machine used as a charge-air compressor (supercharger) for internal combustion engines, has longitudinal lubricant feed and discharge passages (12, 15) in the drive shaft. These passages are connected to the bearing (5), which is sealed off from the outside by ring seals (6), by transverse holes (13, 14) arranged in the region of the eccentric collar, giving rise to a flow of lubricant through the bearing. To prevent impurities of higher specific weight, such as oil sludge or the like, fed in with the lubricant from settling in the bearing without the possibility of being carried away, a replaceable insert (18) is to be held in the lubricant feed passage (12) arranged in the drive shaft (1), this insert having a space (19) through which the lubricant flows and which has, on its circumference, means which collect the impurities, such as a body consisting of a material of sponge-like porosity. <IMAGE>
