Valve with pilot control

The valve has a main piston displaceable against the force of a spring. The spring surrounds an axially extending actuator arranged on the main piston and is supported on two spring plates. The spring plates are each supported on the valve housing. The first spring plate additionally bears against the main piston and the second spring plate bears against the actuator. In addition, the second spring plate bears against a stop which is mounted on the valve housing, is adjustable relative to it in the axial direction of the piston and can be locked in any setting position relative to the valve housing. The bracing of the spring can be set merely by axially displacing the stop and re-setting the actuator.
