PURPOSE:To avoid lowering the output power of a motor, by driving a plunger with the use of a magnetic field generated by a coil and a force of a spring. CONSTITUTION:When electrical power is fed to a coil 31, a plunger 36 is attracted, and is rotated by a step-up member 42. When the power to the coil 31 is cut off, a gear 46 may be rotated by the force of a return spring 37. Since the gear 46 and a rotary valve 5 are coupled together, the control of fluid between ports 3, 4 may be made by a variable orifice section 100. With this arrangement, since the resistance of the magnetic path includes no component which is necessary for isolating the variable orifice section, there is no lowering of magnetic force necessary for isolating control fluid. |
