PURPOSE:A vector to raise productivity of antibiotic, obtained by integrating a DNA fragment containing a gene having recovering function of forming ability of mycelium in air and recovering argG variation deficient in argininosuccinase to a vector. CONSTITUTION:Chromosome DNA is collected by conventional procedure, and a DNA fragment containing a gene recovering argG variation with a proper restricted enzyme is isolated. For example, when Streptomyces coellicolor A(3)2(KCC S-0691) is used, Bg1II is preferable as the restricted enzyme. This DNA fragment is integrated into a vector by the use of a raw material plasmid vector or phage vector by a conventional procedure, to give the aimed plamid. pIJ702, pIJ101, etc., derived from ray fungi may be cited as the raw material plasmid vector. |
