<p>A weight activated convertible physical exercising device comprising a body (1), e.g. a tubular frame, at least one handle (20, 21) on the body and adapted to be engaged and moved by a user during exercise, an elongate flexible element (18, 19), e.g. a cable, operatively coupling the handle (20, 21) and a weight (10, 11), and a final guide (23, 24) over which the elongate flexible element (18, 19) is trained and which is adjustably mounted on the body (1) whereby the position of the final guide (23, 24) can be altered to vary the rest position of the handle (20, 21) on the exerciser body (1) so that the exercising device can be used to perform a range of different exercises.</p> |
