PURPOSE:To simplify the title filter and to save labor by packing a filter aid into the clearance between the inner cylinder consisting of a porous filter medium and the outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An inner cylinder 2 and an outer cylinder 3 separately positioned at the outside of the inner cylinder 2 are formed by using a porous filter medium such as a porous sintered metal, a metallic mesh filter and a porous ceramic. The upper end of the inner cylinder 2 is fixed by a fixture 6, and the lower end is closed with a porous bottom plate 7. The upper end of the outer cylinder 3 is fixed by the fixture 6, and the lower end is opened. A filter aid 4 is charged and packed into the hollow part between the inner cylinder 2 and the outer cylinder 3, and hermetically sealed with a sealing cap 5. Diatomaceous earth, clay, activated carbon, etc., are used as the filter aid.
