PURPOSE:The titled composition which can give an FRP excellent in mechanical properties, wet-heat resistance, heat resistance, etc., comprising tetraglycidyl-m- xylenediamine, bisphenol A epoxy resin, an alicyclic epoxy resin, a silane coupling agent, etc. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition which is viscous and suited for filament winding of carbon fiber is obtained by mixing 35-80phr N,N,N',N'-tetraglycidyl- m-xyelendiamine with 55-10phr liquid bisphenol A epoxy resin, 5-15phr alicyclic epoxy resin of a viscosity (at 25 deg.C) <=100cp (e.g., vinylcyclohexene dioxide), 0.2wt% silane coupling agent [e.g., beta-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane] and 0.7-1.0 equivalent, per equivalent of epoxy groups, of a liquid acid anhydride (e.g., tetrahydrophthalic anhydride).
