PURPOSE:To make an injection molded shape runnerless leaving no sprue gate thereby excluding the finishing operation, by causing a nozzle of an injection unit to nozzle touch one end of a hot runner manifold, extending a runner through the middle of the hot runner manifold, and providing small nozzles. CONSTITUTION:An injection unit (C) is allowed to move on a base bed 9 in directions shown by a double arrow 10, and when clamping is effected at a clamping center X-X, the injection unit (C) nozzle touches at 11. T-shaped runner 13 are branched from the central part of the longitudinal runner 12 of the hot runner manifold 1, small nozzles 14 are provided, and injection is carried out from gates 15 into cavities 16. A rod 18 having a hydraulic cylinder 17 is provided to the other end of the longitudinal runner via a certain dwell, and the rod 18 is retracted to a position (E) from a stop line (B) after the injection. The gate 15 near the cavity 16 can be sucked into the T-shaped runner 13 and can be cut and melted by the vacuum produced in a space (D) between the stop line (B) and the position (E) with the retraction. |
