PRODUCTION OF COVERING NOZZLE

PURPOSE:To produce the covering nozzle of small diameter easily with high performance by performing the formation and diffusion welding of covering material in high temp. and high pressure container after putting the covering material on the inner face of nozzle and sheet surface via inserting material and performing sealweld of both ends in vacuum. CONSTITUTION:Covering material 7 is fitted by sealweld 27 and weld 30 via inserting material 29 on nozzle 3. In this case the nozzle 28 for air exhaust is fitted as well and both end faces are evacuated <=10<-2>torr. Or the air in a gap is evacuated <=10<-2>torr after welding in the air. The formation of the covering material 7 and the diffusion welding via the inserting material 29 of the covering material 7 and nozzle 3 are then performed simultaneously in high temp. and high pressure container.
