PURPOSE:To transmit surely one set of data signal by generating a confirming tone when one set of data signal is finished for transmission so as to inform the end of transmission of the data signal to the user. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 1 is turned on, a power is applied to a transmission signal generating circuit 5 through a power supply control circuit 8. Thus, the circuit 5 generates sequentially scan outputs S1-S6 and a sequential pulse is inputted to any of frequency selection input terminals f1-f4 according to the switch state of a code setting switch section 6. The circuit 5 outputs a signal having frequencies F1-F4 corresponding to a terminal receiving the pulse to a terminal OUT and a signal Vd is sent through a modulation oscillating circuit 7. The final scan output S6 is fed to a confirming tone generating circuit 9 so as to generate the confirming tone representing the end of data signal at the end of data signal.
