PURPOSE:To readily position a magnet on a flywheel by less number of steps by cutting and erecting a pawl for positioning the magnet on the inner wall of the cylindrical portion of the flywheel. CONSTITUTION:A pawl 1a is cut and erected partly on the inner wall of the cylindrical portion of a flywheel 1 formed by reducing an iron plate into a cup shape, and a permanent magnet 5 is positioned on the inner periphery of the flywheel 1 in contact with the pawl 1a. A hole 1b is provided at the bottom center of the flywheel 1, a boss 2 for mounting a rotational shaft is inserted through the hole 1b, and the flange 2a of the boss 2 is secured to the bottom of the flywheel 1 with rivets 3. |
