PURPOSE:To prevent deflection of a die by adding an increased flexural rigidity to the die and to solve burr and warp problems of punched products by putting plural vertical plates being vertical to the laminating direction of a laminated flat plate die holder between a lower die bed of a laminated punching die and a die plate. CONSTITUTION:The plural vertical plates being vertical to the laminating direction, having a suitable space, and facing to a die hole 10 are put in the laminated flat plate die holder 2 having the die hole 10 between the lower die bed 6 of the laminated punching die and the die plate 1. a projection 15a of the vertical plates 15 is fitted into holes 1a of the die plate 1 and is joined not to move. That die prevents deflection of the cutting edge of the die plate 1 to eliminate occurrence of burrs and warps of products for punching by a punch 3 and to produce good products. |
