Plastic bottle is manufactured from thermoplastic resin, e.g., polyolefin, polyamide, PVC, polyethylene terephthate, or methyl pentene resin, by injection-molding to make a body(1) having a decorated pattern on an outer surface and thickness of 0.3 - 0.5 mm. Next an transparent or transluscent plastic outer sleeve(3) is inserted into the injection die. The resin solution is then introduced into the void space between (1) and (3) to adhere with (3) , and the resin solution is solidified to form the iner sleeve.
