PURPOSE:To attain a simple and miniature structure and also to prevent the early damage by cutting of an inner cable with an operating device for change gear, by fixing a change lever to a casing via a ball bearing. CONSTITUTION:When a change lever 3 is tilted toward A and A, a lower end 4 oscillates toward CD centering on a ball bearing 2. Then a cable 5 is slided toward CD for remote control of a change gear. In this case, a coupling rod 7 oscillated only toward JK and does not slide a cable 6 toward an axis. Then the lever 3 is tilted toward B and B, and therefore the lower end 4 oscillates toward EF. Thus the rod 7 slides toward EF to oscillate an end of a bell crank 8 toward H, and the moving direction of the rod 7 is changed by the crank 8. Thus the other end of the crank 8 is oscillated toward G'H' and therefore the cable 6 toward C'D' for remote control of the change gear. In this case, the terminal of the cable 5 does not slide and the oscillating amount is extremely reduced in the direction EF since the coincidence is secured between the axial core of the lever 3 and that of the bearing 2. This prevents the early damage by cutting of an inner cable due to its flection.
