PURPOSE:To reduce a drive voltage of a piezoelectric vibrator by composing the vibrator formed by laminating one or more layers of green sheets printed with electrodes and sintering them. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric ceramic powder is dispersed in an organic solvent together with an organic binder and a plasticizer, and obtained slip is formed on a green sheet by a doctor blading method. After electrodes are printed on one side of the sheet, the prescribed number of sheets are laminated, closely contacted and cut. The piezoelectric ceramic element produced by sintering the thus laminated green sheets is used as a piezoelectric vibrator 11. The vibrator 11 is mounted on an elastic unit 12, and contacted through a frictional material 14 with a slide 13. |
