<p>PURPOSE:To attain high speed recording for a recording line larger than the minimum recording width by applying a prescribed recording width at less number of times of recording that the recording scanning number of times in recording the said prescribed recording width without a gap by means of a recording means. CONSTITUTION:A heat sensing recording paper sheet 20 is fed between a ther mal head 4 and a platen 10 and the thermal head 4 applies heat sensing record ing. The width of a recording line is selected as (a)mm and the recording width of the thermal head 4 is selected to a/2mm, smaller than the (a)mm. A recording signal and a latch signal from a CPU1 are fed to the thermal head 4 and when the recording signal is applied, a recording data inputted from a RAM3 is stored in a data buffer for one line's share and the data stored in a recording data buffer is recorded by a heating element in this case. Further, the data in the transfer data buffer is moved to the recording data buffer by using the latch signal, this is repeated to form recording lines at an interval of a/2mm each on the recording paper.</p> |
