PURPOSE:A cosmetic, obtained by incorporating pyrrolidonecarboxylic acid, etc. with hyaluronic acid, polyol and oil in a specific proportion, capable of forming a protective film on the skin to smooth the skin and giving moderate moisture to the skin, and having good affinity for the skin. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic obtained by incorporating 0.5-30.0wt% one or two or more selected from pyrrolidonecarboxylic acid and a salt thereof and lactic acid and a salt thereof, e.g. Na, K or Ca salt or urea with 0.001-3.0wt% hyaluronic acid which is a kind of acidic mucopolysaccharide and has 10,000-3,000,000 molecular weight and great water holding property and/or a salt thereof, e.g. Na, K or basic amino acid salt, 1.0-40.0wt% polyol, e.g. 1,3-butylene glycol or glycerol, and 1.0-50.0wt% oil, e.g. jujube oil or vaseline, which is solid, paste or liquid at ordinary temperature. EFFECT:The viscosity decrease of hyaluronic acid with time is prevented, and a protective film is formed on the skin to give tension, etc., to the skin. |
