发明名称 AUTOMATIC WELDING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the time in welding work and to increase the efficiency by providing freely travelably respectively a welding robot so as to intersect at right angles and welding power source and control means in parallel to plural longitudinal members which are arranged in parallel on a base metal. CONSTITUTION:Plural longitudinal members are arranged in parallel on plane plate like the base metal 7 and plural latitudinal members 9 are provided so as to intersect at right angles with the base metal 7 and the longitudinal member 8. The first rail 10 is arranged in parallel to the horizontal member 9 on each longitudinal member 8, the first plural trucks 12 of manual type are provided freely travelably on the first rail 10 and welding robot 25 is provided freely loadably and unloadably on each the first truck 12. On the other hand the second rail 11 is arranged in parallel to each longitudinal member 8 and the second truck 12 of mobile type is provided freely movably on the placing on plate 11' thereof. The plural welding power sources 28 to feed to the welding robot 25 and plural control means 29 are arranged on this second truck. The movement of robot 25 is thus made easy and the working time is shortened and work efficiency is increased.
