PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of distortion in a superconducting wire by a method wherein a core is sealed in a metal case of the quality of material whose strain generated when a winding work is performed can be removed at the temperature of diffusion heat treatment, and a thermal deformation absorbing layer is provided between windings. CONSTITUTION:A compound superconducting wire 1 is fitted to a metal case 2, and insulating layers 3 and 4 mainly composed of mica are formed on the outer circumference of the metal case. Said metal case is wound in coil form while the metal case is supported by a jig 6, and a superconducting coil is formed. A diffusion heat treatment is performed on the superconducting coil, and after an earth insulation 10 is conducted, resin is injected an the above is formed in one body by heating and then it is fixed. Lastly, said superconducting coil is picked out from a jig 12, and it is assembled in an adaptive device. |
